做过开发的人都会有体验，尤其是开发一个大块的复杂的系统的时候，保持思路的连贯是很重要的。
如果在开发中，思路被其它事情打断，那再回来续上思路就需要再把以前的思路重新过一遍，是很浪费时间并且很讨厌的事情。

在日常工作中，如果天天这样工作，那可真的是很痛苦。
做为项目经理如果分配给某人一个大块工作，一定要尽量避免再让那个人中断工作去做其它事情，浪费时间没有效率。
做为一个程序员，有一个这样的项目经理，那辞职吧，一定有更适合的工作环境在等着你，实在没有的话，自己干呗。
